Policy Guidelines

Dream Moulders is an event planning and management company that specializes in creating memorable and impactful events for our clients. We are committed to providing our clients with the highest level of service and attention to detail, and our policy guidelines are designed to ensure that we meet or exceed their expectations. 

These policy guidelines apply to all events that are planned and managed by Dream Moulders. This includes events of all sizes, types, and budgets. 

The responsibility for ensuring that these policy guidelines are followed lies with the Dream Moulders event planning team. The team will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing event plans that meet the client's needs and requirements
• Communicating with the client throughout the event planning process
• Hiring and managing vendors
• Overseeing the execution of the event
• Ensuring that the event is safe and secure
• Addressing any issues that may arise during the event
  

Dream Moulders is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for all of our events. We will take all necessary precautions to protect the health and safety of our clients, guests, and staff. This includes: 

• Conducting risk assessments for all events
• Implementing appropriate safety measures
• Providing first aid and medical assistance if necessary

Dream Moulders carries comprehensive insurance to protect our clients, guests, and staff in the event of an accident or injury. This insurance includes:

• General liability insurance
• Workers' compensation insurance
• Event cancellation insurance 

In the event of a dispute between Dream Moulders and a client, the parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the parties may then pursue arbitration or litigation. 

Dream Moulders reserves the right to modify these policy guidelines at any time. Any changes to these policy guidelines will be communicated to our clients in writing.
